As it became known, the decision on Johnny Depp’s libel case against ex-wife Amber Heard in London High Court was recently announced. The poop incident was also considered, on which Judge Andrew Nicol also made his decision.
It is worth recalling that the Pirates of the Caribbean star claimed that Amber or her friend left feces on his bed and then tried to hide it.
So, the judge took a close look at the shocking statements and facts and then ruled that the poop most likely belonged to one of her dogs, but not Heard. Depp claimed that the marital bed poop incident was the final straw, and he left his wife after that, giving her a gross nickname.
However, the judge believes that the photographs of poop shown in evidence have nothing to do with Amber or her friends. As an argument, he cited the fact that Mrs. Heard would have been the first to suffer from the incident. So Depp’s assumptions about the revenge of his ex-wife are groundless.
The judge also drew attention to the fact that Boo, Amber Heard’s dog, accidentally consumed some cannabis, and then didn’t manage to reach the toilet.
Be that as it may, now it is very difficult to reconstruct how the events actually took place. The poop was thrown away and DNA examination is not possible. Also, one should not exclude the possibility that all previous accusations were aimed at humiliating Heard. But now everything seems to have cleared up. It looks like Amber will finally be able to forget about her nickname “Amber Turd”.
