A drag racing incident involving Jedrick Wills and Rashard Higgins has recently been widely discussed in the media. However, on Tuesday, the Cleveland Browns stars pleaded guilty only to speeding.
Recall that the incident took place on January 5 in Westlake, Ohio. Then the police stopped Wills and Higgins, and even found a joint of weed in Rashard’s pocket and forced him to destroy it on camera.
26-year-old Rashard and 21-year-old Jedrick did not confess to drag racing charges. However, they still did not deny that they were guilty of speeding. The players had to pay a $250 fine. And we can assume that they were very lucky, because if they were accused of drag racing, the punishment would be much more serious.
Well, let’s hope that these hunks will not repeat such mistakes again.
