American rapper DaBaby is not to be envied now. Due to his recent comments at the Miami’s Rolling Loud festival, he received condemnation from other celebrities.
During the concert, DaBaby decided to stimulate the audience to lighter up their cell phones. And for this he decided to use statements about HIV and AIDS, which, according to his words, are sexually transmitted and death from them comes in 2-3 weeks. He also called to lighter up the phones of those who do not suck dick in the parking lot.
Elton John reacted negatively to such statements by the American rapper. The famous musician denied DaBaby’s words regarding HIV and provided up-to-date information about this disease. Also, the 74-year-old male celebrity said that musicians should unite people, and not infringe on the most vulnerable segments of society.
(1/5) We've been shocked to read about the HIV misinformation and homophobic statements made at a recent DaBaby show. This fuels stigma and discrimination and is the opposite of what our world needs to fight the AIDS epidemic.

? You can live a long and healthy life with HIV. Treatment is so advanced that with one pill a day, HIV can become undetectable in your body so you can’t pass it onto other people.

? Homophobic and HIV mistruths have no place in our society and industry and as musicians, we must spread compassion and love for the most marginalised people in our communities.
A musician’s job is to bring people together.

English singer Dua Lipa also denounced DaBaby’s comments despite collaborating with him on “Levitating”. After such a reaction from the public, DaBaby had no choice but to apologize.
